Windows 7

Macs never interested me all that much. Personally, I think that Macs are terribly overrated. Maybe I feel that way because I started on Windows? Maybe. Regardless of the reason, I just do not find Macs intuitive, appealing, or so life-altering enough to switch from my Windows PC based platforms. I’ll be a Windows guy until technology outgrows our present work environment completely. I know that without doubt the company I keep will call me a technology heretic, but I have to be completely honest! I love Windows; I hate Macs. There, I confessed. Forgive me, my friends! Personas for Firefox Web Browsers

Personas for Firefox

Personas for Firefox offers a far superior way to theme or personalize your Mozilla Firefox browser. Yesterday’s Firefox theme system and methodology feels archaic and clumsy in comparison. Personas renders the time-consuming and frustrating search for quality browser themes obsolete. Also gone is the need for downloading, installing, and restarting the browser to actually use any one theme. Personas is very similar to a CSS theme switcher. Install it and click the Firefox mask to access a menu loaded with categories and themes that can be applied to your browser with one click of your mouse. The personalizations are applied in real-time, before your very eyes! There is no need to download individual themes, install, or restart. It’s all right there in front of you. Read more…

If your attempt to inch slightly ahead of the learning curve you are introduced to by the technology involved doesn’t sink you, the seemingly never-ending electronics shopping by trail and error will. Hint: If you don’t know what you are doing, you don’t know what to buy! Sometimes all who wander are in fact lost! All of this wandering around the electronics store, and trying to do it by trial and error, only results in more work and time lost. Read more…

Worship Presentation Software Reviews

This is a question for all the worship leaders: which worship presentation software would you rate highest and recommend? I’ve been looking at a few different products, but I am really quite uninformed about worship presentation software. Your experience in this area and product recommendations are seriously coveted. We are in the midst of acquiring the basic equipment we need for our church plant, and quality worship presentation software is a priority. So, if you were building your worship experience from zero, which presentation software would you have to have? Thanks, leaders.
