U.S. Conservapedians Want to Rewrite the Bible

That’s the headline proudly published at the right top of the front page over at Conservapedia, an online encyclopedia (ala Wikipedia) composed of articles written from a conservative viewpoint. The headline excerpted above is linked to a project that Conservapedians simply call the Conservative Bible Project. The Conservative Bible Project’s main goal is to create a truly conservative Bible by creating a translation that is free of liberal bias, wordiness, emasculation and the general dumbing down of the Old and New Testaments. Don’t Tread on Kenny
Kenneth Gladney, a conservative anti-health care reform activist, got into a fight of sorts at a recent townhall event. He apparently was injured in the tussle and required medical care. The ironic thing is that Kenneth was just recently laid off and has no health insurance. He consequently had to ask his anti-health care reform buddies, who were holding signs that read “Don’t Tread on Kenny,” for donations to pay his medical bills. Interesting, no? Full Story.
