Save Online Radio and Tune Into the TUN3R Feeling
There is no shortage of live Internet radio broadcasting sites and/or online radio tuners. They are practically a dime a dozen. A quick Google search will introduce you to more radios than you will ever actually use. They are plentiful, to be sure. They are also still in very serious danger as a result of The Copyright Royalty Board and their controversial 300 to 1,200 percent royalty rate hikes. These hikes could spell the end of online radio. The huge jump in royalty rates would devastate webcaster revenue and effectively bury independent artists. Congress will most likely decide the future of online radio, if it has not already been decided. Read more…
