1.2. God gives grace to those who have attempted to resist sin. 1.3. Individuals who co-operate with grace archive higher degrees (or more) sanctification. 1.4. God accepts those who are justified/sanctified. The Semi-Pelagian approach contrasted Augustinianism. 2. Augustinianism: 2.1. People begin life sinful and have zero ability to resist sin. 2.2. God gives grace to those he chooses (the elect). 2.3. The elect grow in grace (sanctification). 2.4. God accepts those who are justified/sanctified. Eastern Orthodox, Catholics and Arminians prioritize the individual ability to turn towards God for salvation while still unregenerate (sinful).
