Yeah, I think a good quality of real leadership is knowing when someone knows a lot more than you about any given subject and actually allowing them to freely do their job. Pastors should do more equipping than micro-managing! Justin is awesome and he knows what we are about, as a church community. So, I just step out of his way and let him and The Spirit have enough free room to do their thing together. The results have been great! Thanks, Will!
