Hello there! If you are new here, you might want to grab the RSS feed or subscribe via email to receive updates on this topic and many others!

Inner Metro Green, a church located in the Cabbage Hill area of the city, will be holding a ‘Neighbors Night Out’ on August 11th from 6:30-8:00. The event will take place in the parking lot of the church, which can be found at 407 Lafayette Street, and will include an ice cream and soda social as well as music, basketball and chalk for kids. The event will allow members of the Inner Metro Green community, and members of the surrounding neighborhood to meet, interact and get to know each other better.

Inner Metro Green Church also believes that the event is especially important following the recent shooting that took place across from the church’s parking lot in late June. In a time when the community feels a real sense of hopelessness it is important to show that there are people that deeply care about their community. This event will allow the neighborhood to connect and inspire hope together. All are welcome to come and join in the celebration.
